Castor Oil A very lloonngg time ago I wrote a Swing app for specifying the mapping file for Castor.org, and I called it "Castor Oil", as in "makes Castor slick" or some other clever play on words. Today I received this email:

Our firm is successfully operating in the market of rock salt, vacuum salt, sodium nitrate, citric acid, packing staff, foodstaff, etc. Recently we are trying to expand our assortment. One of our new fields will include Nuts. So we are very interested in your production. Especially at the moment we are interested in following positions: We interested to buy from you castor oil 700 T per month on cif Black seanovorosijsk (up to 645 US$ per T) We would be very appreciate to receive the catalogue or trade list (with custom prices, if it is possible) of your assortment with the possible prices (conditions FOB or FCA). Usually our company imports big quantities of products.

It Ain't Roller's Fault that Brainopolis has been unavailable. The fault lies squarely at the feet of Qwest.

Lance's site seems to be down at the moment. I hope that is not due to Roller.[Roller Blog]

Qwest was doing some work due to new development in the area. They knocked me out Monday by putting a bridge-tap on the line, and then yesterday the did something-or-other (I forget what the tech told me) and then forgot to hook my line back up. ( Sep 13 2002, 08:12:29 PM ) Roller Permalink

Get to work, son!

I have some ideas about adding a client-side part to Roller and implementing the RSS syndication, along with a JXTA portion to do collaborative P2P content rating, etc., but it's late, and I need something to write about tomorrow, don't I?[Jason Carreira]

Open Source Calendar Tags Anyone?

Anyone know of a good open source calendar tag library? Just found out we need to add a calendar to a project before it goes on the door. Something like what Radio and Roller does.[Rick Salsa]
